We built Spin Wheel because a prize code that fails at checkout costs the sale, and many pop-ups let you type in any code at all. Ours is tied to your store: every prize is one of your real coupons, drawn fairly on our servers, and every sign-up goes to your contacts with the consent the shopper gave.

It comes from myuser.ai, which writes and sends emails and texts for online stores from their own products, including welcome emails and cart reminders. On Shopify, myuser.ai also runs sign-up pop-ups with spin and scratch games. We also make Session Recordings, which replays real visits so you can see why visitors leave, and a set of free tools for email, SMS and pop-ups.

How we write our guides

Our guides are published by the team that builds the app. Where a guide describes what Spin Wheel does, we check it against the app itself. We don't publish made-up statistics, and where a topic touches the law, such as promotions or text-message consent, we say so and point you to the rules that apply where you sell.

• Wix steps are sourced. Guides that walk through Wix settings list the Wix help center pages they rely on under Sources.
• Examples are labeled. Stores in our examples are made up, and so are the sample numbers we use to show the math.
• Guides are kept current. Each guide shows when it was last updated, and we revise guides when Wix changes a feature, as when lightboxes became Popups.
• Corrections are welcome. If you spot a mistake, email support@myuser.ai and we'll fix it.
