How the spin works

1. The pop-up appears at the moment you choose: a few seconds after arrival, on scroll, after a few pages or as the shopper is about to leave.
2. By default it opens ready to play. The shopper spins, sees their prize, then enters an email or phone number to claim it. You can switch it to ask for the email first.
3. Our servers pick the prize from the odds you set, and the wheel lands on it.
4. The shopper gets the prize's code with a Copy button, plus an email copy as a backup. Their sign-up goes to your contacts.

Prizes you control

Every slice is tied to one of your store's coupons, such as free shipping, a percentage off or an amount off. Variety comes from the value of the prizes, so a typical wheel has one rare headline prize, a mid prize and a common everyday prize. Odds you can trust

You decide how often each prize comes up by dragging the slices or typing a percent. The winner is always chosen on our servers, never in the shopper's browser, so nobody can rig a spin. Every spin wins something; a decoy slice like "Spin again" can sit on the wheel for fun, but it's never landed on. More on that in how to set spin wheel odds.

Looks like your store
