The card's words travel inside the link itself, so there's nothing to sign up for and nothing stored.

Who can read a scratch card link?
Anyone who has the link. The card's words are written into the link itself, after the #, and browsers don't send that part to a server, so nothing is stored on ours. But the words are encoded, not encrypted: anyone you send the link to, or anyone they forward it to, could read them without scratching. Keep passwords, addresses and anything private out of it.
