Privacy policy

Spin Wheel is operated by myuser.ai LLC ("myuser.ai", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information the Spin Wheel app and this website handle, and why. If you are a shopper who entered your details in a Spin Wheel pop-up, the store you signed up with is responsible for how it uses your details; we process them on that store's behalf.

1. Information shoppers give in a pop-up

• What they enter: email address, phone number and name, if the store's pop-up asks for them.
• Consent: whether the shopper agreed to marketing emails and, separately, to texts, with the time they agreed.
• Prize: the prize they won and its coupon code.
• Pop-up activity: when a pop-up was shown, played, closed or submitted, the page it appeared on, and a random identifier stored in the browser so the pop-up behaves consistently, for example not reappearing right after it's closed.

We use this information to run the pop-up, issue the prize, email the winner a backup copy of their code, and add or update the shopper in the store's Wix contacts with the consent they gave. We don't send marketing emails or texts to shoppers, and we never sell shoppers' information or use it for our own marketing.

2. Information from the store

When a store installs Spin Wheel, we receive the details needed to connect and operate the app: the site and installation identifiers, owner and business contact details, site name and address, branding, locale and currency, and the store's products, images and coupons. We use the store's products, colors, fonts and images to design pop-ups with AI, and we use the store's coupons as prizes. Any coupon the app creates for the store is saved in the store's own coupons, where the store can review or remove it in its Wix dashboard.

3. Service providers

• Google Cloud and Firebase host the app and store its data.
• OpenAI helps design pop-ups. We send store information such as product names, images and branding; we don't send shoppers' contact details for design.
• SendGrid delivers the backup email of a winner's code.
• Wix receives contacts, consent and coupons through its APIs, and handles billing.

4. Retention and deletion

We keep information while the app is installed and the store uses it. A store owner can ask us to export or delete its data at any time by emailing support@myuser.ai; we may verify the request first. Removing the app stops processing, and we delete the store's data on request or as Wix's privacy requests require. Shoppers who want their details removed can contact the store, or us, and we will act on the store's behalf. Contacts already added to the store's Wix contacts are managed by the store.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, stored on access-controlled cloud infrastructure, and reviewed regularly.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your information, or to object to its use. People in the European Economic Area and the UK can exercise these rights through the store or by contacting us. California residents have the right to know what we collect and to request deletion; we do not sell personal information.

7. This website

This website doesn't use advertising cookies. If you email us, we use your message only to reply.

8. Children

Spin Wheel is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
