Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Spin Wheel app and this website, operated by myuser.ai LLC ("we", "us"). By installing or using Spin Wheel, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. The service

Spin Wheel adds spin-to-win, scratch-card, gift-box and email sign-up pop-ups to Wix sites. It designs pop-ups with AI, issues prizes as coupons from your Wix store, and saves sign-ups to your Wix contacts.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and have authority over the Wix site you install Spin Wheel on. You are responsible for your Wix account's security.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Promotions: you decide the prizes and odds and are responsible for honoring them and for any rules that apply to promotions where you sell. Spin Wheel is designed so every play wins one of your prizes.
  • Consent and messages: you are responsible for how you use the contacts you collect, including getting and keeping any consent required to email or text them under laws such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL and the TCPA.
  • Content: you are responsible for reviewing pop-up text and designs, including AI-generated ones, before they go live.
  • Coupons: codes are created from coupons you choose and follow their settings in your store.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Spin Wheel to deceive shoppers, run unlawful lotteries or sweepstakes, collect information without proper notice, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the service.

5. AI-generated designs

Designs and text drafted by AI may contain mistakes. Review them before publishing. We are not responsible for damages caused by AI-generated content you publish.

6. Plans and billing

Spin Wheel has a Free plan and a Pro plan. Current prices and what each includes are shown on our pricing page and the Wix App Market. All charges are processed by Wix and appear on your Wix invoice; we don't store your payment details.

  • Free plan: its allowances are hard limits. When you reach the monthly sign-up limit, pop-ups pause until the next month or until you upgrade.
  • Pro plan: a monthly fee, plus a charge for each sign-up above the monthly allowance at the rate shown when you subscribe. Wix bills these usage charges at the end of each monthly cycle, up to a charge limit you approve in your Wix account. We never bill above that limit; when it is reached, pop-ups pause until the next cycle or until you raise it.
  • Cancelling: cancel through Premium Subscriptions in your Wix account. Paid features stay available until the end of the paid period.
  • Price changes: changes apply from your next billing cycle and won't change a subscription you've already approved without your approval through Wix.
  • Refunds: except where required by law, charges are non-refundable. Any refund is processed through Wix.

7. Intellectual property

We own Spin Wheel and its software. You keep ownership of your content, products and branding, and you grant us permission to use them to provide the service.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Spin Wheel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of Spin Wheel, your promotions, your messages to contacts, or your breach of these terms.

10. Termination

You can stop using Spin Wheel at any time by removing it. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms.

11. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms and will post changes here. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Questions: support@myuser.ai.
