Welcome emails, written for you
The first email after a sign-up is the one most likely to turn a prize into an order. myuser.ai writes and designs it from your own products and sends it to people who signed up, once you choose to start sending. Our guide to what to send after the sign-up covers what that email should say.
Cart reminders by email and SMS
When a shopper who signed up leaves items in their cart, myuser.ai follows up by email or text with the items they left, and texts go only to shoppers who agreed to get them. Texts take some setting up first: myuser.ai's Wix listing says its built-in SMS registration is for businesses in the United States and Canada and needs approval.
A pop-ups studio
myuser.ai has its own studio for sign-up pop-ups: change the words, colors and photo, preview it on your store and check it against a checklist before it goes live. You can try that free pop-up checklist without installing anything.
Answers to shoppers' texts
When a shopper replies to a text with a question, such as whether shipping is free, myuser.ai answers from your products, prices and policies.
How the sync works
- Nothing to set up. As soon as both apps are on the same Wix site, they sync. There's no import to run and nothing to switch on.
- The same wheels and sign-ups in both. Each app lists the other's pop-ups and sign-ups beside its own, read-only, with a link to change them in the app that made them.
- Each wheel shows once. A wheel runs from the app it was made in, so there are no copies. Shoppers see one of your pop-ups at a time, whichever app it comes from, and where their cookie choices allow it, at most one a visit and none after they've signed up in either app.
- Each app keeps its own. Each keeps and erases only its own pop-ups and sign-ups, and Spin Wheel's sign-ups are never sent to an AI service. Our privacy policy has the details.
- No double emails. Spin Wheel never sends marketing, only a backup copy of the code to winners who gave an email, so it won't send a welcome email alongside myuser.ai's.
The welcome gift
Add myuser.ai to a site that already runs Spin Wheel and you get myuser.ai Launch free for 2 months, as a welcome gift. It comes once per site, when Spin Wheel has been on the site for a week or has collected sign-ups, and nothing is charged when the 2 months end. Spin Wheel stays free forever either way.

No, there's nothing to move. With both apps on your site, myuser.ai lists your Spin Wheel wheels and sign-ups beside its own, and Spin Wheel lists myuser.ai's. Your sign-ups are in your Wix contacts too, as always.
Can I use both apps at once?
Yes, that's what they're built for. Shoppers see one of your pop-ups at a time, whichever app it comes from, so they never get two offers on top of each other.
