Pricing FAQ
How am I billed?
Through your Wix account, like other apps. Wix charges the $10 Pro fee when you upgrade and adds any extra sign-ups to your invoice at the end of each monthly cycle.
What counts as a sign-up?
A shopper who submits a pop-up with an email address, a phone number or both. Views, spins without a sign-up, and closed pop-ups don't count.
What happens when I reach the Free plan's 200 sign-ups?
Your pop-up pauses until the start of the next month. You can upgrade to Pro at any time to keep it running.
Can I cap what I spend on Pro?
Yes. You set a monthly limit for extra charges in your Wix account. If you reach it, your pop-ups pause until the next month or until you raise the limit, so there are no surprise bills.
Do unused sign-ups roll over?
No. The 500 included sign-ups reset at the start of each monthly billing cycle.
How do I cancel?
Cancel through Premium Subscriptions in your Wix account. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to the Free plan.
